Try enabling the pullup resistor on the servo pin with the ^ before the pin name.

How is the probe when you send it extended or retracted ?

afyer it does the initial test upon powering up, the pin is always up,pin up or pin down commands do no change, it remains up

Hell if I know what wrong !!
The only thing I can think of is changing the heater pin ,
with M950 S0 C"exp.heater7" and changing the physical pin.
But if it worked before I can see that working too !!! -

i just dont get it either. i even reflashed the firmware, it works when i revert the firmware to 2x.
im at a loss on this one i think..i can always work on the independant z axis for now

Where are you getting H7_pwm from .
