@agent0810 @Phaedrux its now working again here’s a list of things a changed and checked, bare in mind I’m running duet 3 with sbc.

Firmware update - 79 files to update lol yup it’s been awhile
Bed autopid - has helped in the past but I’ve no idea why!
      Reset the trigger height
      Levelled bed
Calibrated z probe - trigger height now 3.021
G29 - offset still poor test print failed
      Reset trigger height
Adjusted IR probe height higher to about 3-4mm im now getting a trigger height of 1.451mm
G29 carried out - bed now displays on the correct plane and flatter.
      First layer is much improved

      Hope this helps 🙂

      This guy?

      https://www.fashion3d.com.au/products/ender-3-ender-3-pro-ender-5-lcd-display-screen-and-mainbrard-motherboard

Unfortunately the Duet Wifi doesn't support 12864 screens out of the box. The Duet Maestro does, but the wifi/ethernet lacks the hardware.

Unless of course you wanna try something like this:

      https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/15611/logic-level-shifter-for-12864-display-on-duet-2-wifi

Otherwise for a screen on the wifi you'd either need a PanelDue, or a spare tablet to run the web interface on.
