To skip the entire process you can use bossa.

That's fine for the likes of you, I was not thinking of myself, some could find the process a little more daunting and end up getting themselves in a pickle, an automated package could be formulated to handle the whole thing with minimal human intervention.

I'd suggest printing a test pattern like this and adjusting the baby stepping to find out exactly how much to change it.

But yeah, 0.2 sounds like a reasonable amount to start with.

IF sensitivity still isn't getting you to stall detect, decrease current and increase speed.

Also review your H value in M915 as @baird1fa has said. Default values aren't going to work most likely, you will need to tune it.

re uploading replicator configuration seemed to have solved it but not sure why in first place

Good point. Probing makes the absolute endstop-bed relationship irrelevant.
