Can you try placing a plain piece of paper over the bed and see if that will trigger?

@fragle it comes from interference.
Normally open switches, in the untriggered state, don't provide a signal so any electromagnetic interference could induce a signal and give the appearance that the switch has been triggered.
Normally closed switches always send a signal unless triggered, so they are immune to electromagnetic interference, hence why they are recommended.

Second this, is there anywhere you could show the R and L parameters as those could be useful.

If you G1 Z0.1 does it hit the bed before you calibrate G32?
You need to set your height currently H430.00 can't be correct also take out ;M501
don't want config_override at this point as it isn't helping.
Heat the bed to 60c nozzle 130c then home G28
don't calibrate just lower the nozzle to a piece of paper on the bed or .1 feeler gauge
that's your height minus off what's above zero/0.1 from M665 H parameter then reboot and G1 Z0.1 should be 0.1 above the bed then set your probe trigger height to -0.1 reboot and calibrate

Also, don't stop at 3.0, update to 3.1.1 as well. Same for the web interface, 3.1.1. And PanelDue fw 1.24

What firmware version are you running? Send M122 and post the response. If 2.0.3, update to 2.0.4, as there were delta related bugs in 2.0.3, which may be causing this issue. Also post current config.g.

The probing speed you have set (120) is too slow for the Smart Effector, and you have left out the recovery time parameter as has already been pointed out. Please read the setup instructions.
