      I am hoping that we will eventually be able to display such an image in DuetWebControl. Meanwhile, see https://forum.e3d-online.com/index.php?threads/build-plate-height-map.2320/.

      @dc42:

      Meanwhile, avoid the problem by including G28 in your slicer start gcode.

      I do not know if that helps to at least someone, but maybe it's possible to implement "conditional home" parameter for G28 ? Something like "home only if not already homed"?

      I'm homing printer manually and I do not include G28 in my g-code files, so I'm also sometimes experiencing this issue.

      I understand, just like testing out options. I was able to still print at 35mm/sec, but did back it off.

      Duet says it's done printing but my part says otherwise…

      Well, there were no error messages, went straight from my calibration results to saying the file was done. The file size on the upload is the same as on my desktop, I validated that there was no truncation by downloading it from the duet and looking at the last lines..

      Sounds pretty good to me, the standard deviation of the set of bed probing points you have is between 1 and 2 hundredths of a millimetre. I think that will probably do the trick. I am getting down to 0.02 usually and my printer is fairly "no compromise". How does a bed level test spiral across the entire bed look? Are your calibration objects dimensionally accurate?

      My other delta, a much less rigid machine, manages to using Rich Cattell's marlin, derive a solution to 0.05mm after about 30 minutes of trying.

      I think the only thing which would enhance this accuracy would be to then grid level, to compensate for any unevenness in the bed. But I think this feature is planned for the 1.17 firmware release.

      Yup, fully understand. Just an interim testing situation. I have a crydom SSR if to keep it at 12VDC if needed, just don't feel like messing around having two supplies at the moment. I need a 310mm bed to fit my max metal frame and would prefer something of quality. Not having any luck trying to find an Onyx except for some with a funky resistance on seemecnc.
