RE: BLTouch not working after Firmware upgrade
My friend i appreciate the time you have spent trying to help. However it appears nothing was wrong. i had a close look at the bltouch and discovered there was a string of PETG wrapped around the bltouch pin, once i removed that all works as it should. Cant believe i didn't notice that earlier.

BLTouch not working after Firmware upgrade
Hi i just upgraded my Duet Ethernet to the newest reprap firmware 3.x
Before i was using reprap 2.x and my BLTouch worked good. I have not changed any connections. I've included my config.g and how i have the BLTouch wired, hoping someone can figure out what i did wrong. I used the reprap config tool. When I 1st turn on the printer the bltouch glows red, the probe deploys and retracts and then it sits there flashing red , it doesn't respond when i try to deploy or retract from the console and resetting the bltouch from the console doesn't help.Config.g

RE: Smart effector with regular bearing type rods
@jay_s_uk thank you, i will look again, i must have missed them.

Smart effector with regular bearing type rods
Is it possible to use the smart effector with regular bearing type rods instead of the magnetic rods. My bearing type rods are tight and have no slop. Obviously I would have to figure a way to mount them to the smart effector which was designed to work with the magnetic ball ends.
Any thoughts, has anyone done this or will the smart effector only be effective with the magnetic ball ends? -
Upload & Start
When i press upload & start (top right of web Interface) , it uploads the file, then sits and sits and does nothing, i have to cycle power to get control back, if i upload file from the G-Codes Files section, everything works as always. Is this Upload & Start feature broken or do i need do do something? (i have tried on several different files, and file sizes.![alt text]

7" Paneldue integrated buzzer
I have the 7" integrated paneldue display. I send it some gcode to make to buzzer sound (M300 P500 S1000) and i can hardly hear it, when i adjust the volume under settings.... volume 0 or all the way up to volume 5 the volume dosent change. I want to use this buzzer as a end of print alarm, but the volume of it makes it useless. perhaps im missing something because adjusting the volume seems to make no difference in how loud it is. any ideas?

Tevo little monster and Duet
I want to upgrade my Tevo little monster delta printer, which would be the better choice, a Duet Ethernet or a Duet Maestro?
