Alright, I added a wifi access point near the printer. The WIFI signal strength went from -59DBm t0 -48Dbm. It already seems a big improvement. I've had the printer in that location for several months and the Connection Interrupted behavior started with the switch to RRF 3.1. So it appears that RRF3 (or the other associated upgrades) can push a marginal Wifi connection over the edge to nearly unusable. Certainly the performance in this respect was a regression for me.
But, I've got a WiFI access point to put out there near the printer, so that is a solution in my case. Thanks for the help.
