      A thermal fuse can be another safety measure. Nero3DP has a video on youtube demonstrating how he builds a mains bed with a silicon pad, thermal fuse, and high temp silicon adhesive. On my own printer I have two 115C thermal fuses in series. I also have a mains relay that is connected to the duet's PS ON output such that if the duet thinks something is funny, it turns off power to bed and 24V DC/DC.

      Keeping the house intact is very important because it protect the 3D printer from the elements.

      You were right.
      I was confused about the M665 "R" parameter "set delta radius".
      The description "delta radius" led me to believe, that this should be the radius of the entire printer.
      After reading closer in duetWifi setup by DC42, I realized it is the rod length, measured horisontal from mid link to mid link, with the carriage in center position.

      If it's a brand new board, I suggest you ask your supplier for a replacement.

      Personally I don't think you guys should be replacing boards when the user is at fault, but I certainly can't fault the excellent customer support. I threw 24v into the heater 3 pin of the SAM4E with one slip of a meter probe tip and it didn't cross my mind for a second to try and get a replacement. In the end you want everyone to be happy with what they purchased even if it means loosing a little money in the process.

      In the case of a blown driver fixing the route cause should be the first order of business.
