nevermind, I just read some more and SBC (I thought SBC standed for single board computer aka standalone mode, I was wrong) is the RPi mode and the SD card isn't supposed to be in for the RPi mode.

RE: Is firmware 3.1.1 reliable?
I ain't a reference, but i'm using 3.1.1 on my 3x Duet 3 6HC boards and it has been flawless.
(Railcore II 300ZL, Tronxy X5SA-500 Pro, Ender 3 Pro)

RE: Hot end and bed turning off while homing
@engikeneer Homeall.g, all homes and bed.g are all clean.

RE: Duet3 BLTOUCH3.1 Probe deploys but doesn't trigger on Z Home
I could not get my BL touch to work at all on ports IO6 and IO7. Only when plugged on IO5 did it work.
I'd try that first, easy swap.

RE: Duet 3 Mini 5+ : Initial announcement
First one in Canada?!
My Ender 3 Pro will be happy! The last of my FDM printers not in Duet!

RE: Hot end and bed turning off while homing
@droftarts What would be the best line to add to my start gcode to tell it to reheat to the slicer's defined heat and wait for temp reached then proceed?
Can I simply add:
M116 H0 S5
after the homing?

RE: End of print conditional position change?
Wow I was approaching this totally the wrong way...
All I have to do, as per your recommandations, is to set in relative mode, and add 100 to Z...
I was WAYYYYYYY overthinking this...
Thanks guys

RE: WyzeCamV2 used as an IP camera with Duet Wifi
Just bought 2 WyzecamV2 just for this.
Turns out I can't connect to them (either of them).
The app works well, I see the RTSP feed via VLC, but I cannot connect to it through either ssh or www (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx nor https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
Any idea? I did extract all files to a microSD, edited the files on it as per instructions (wpa file, not the network).
as mentioned, works well in the app, VLC, even coupled to my Synology NAS, but can'T get it to work...

RE: BLTouch Always reports -3.00mm
in your home (either homeall or homez) macro, do you have a g92? I had that for Z for some reason and it reset its position and I could not figure it out.

RE: Using the external switch on laser filament monitor
I found a way to make it work. I grinded down the location of the bearings in the indirect filament casing to bring lower the shaft and now it has enough pressure to make the filament turn the shaft. Getting 196 to 226 readings. Very happy!
Would still be nice if it was possible to use the switch only in case of temporary failure..

RE: Independent Z axis Homing using BL Touch
As I said you need to increase the S value in your M671. You have it set at 1mm. Your G32 says you have -2.xx to +2.xx, so a total of 4.5 to 5mm difference. Make it 6mm and be done with it.

RE: Using the external switch on laser filament monitor
I think i'll put a black shrink tube on top of the rod to see how that goes.
But I grinded it more with a dremel to remove all shininess and so far it hasn't faulted on me (I shouldn't jinx myself..)
We'll see tomorrow!
After 7.5h of printing, I have this:
Duet3D laser filament monitor v2 on pin io3.in, enabled, allow 1% to 500%, check every 8.0mm, version 2, quality 224, brightness 63, shutter 123, measured min 145% avg 223% max 243% over 43342.3mm

RE: Question for the high speed printers..
This is a very meaningless measurement though. It's the melt rate that matters. The print speed is arbitrary. What is the layer height and extrusion width being used when printing at 400mm/s?
Sorry for the lack of infos.
Hotend is rated at 60mm^3/s.
100W heater. PT1000. Duet 3 6HC. Bondtech direct drive extruder.
Nozzle 0.5mm, Layer height was 0.28mm, width 0.5mm
Specs to the hotend:
