Have you tried bumping up the "deadtime" D6.31? I bumped mine up to D8.31 and the heat faults have gone away.

I'm using an Orbiter 1.5 mounted to Duet 3D Smart Effector. It has a 58mm Bowden tube(very minimal) E3d .6 nozzle and all-metal hotend.

I have a Delta printer using a Duet smart effector, I'm using a Duet3d 6hc3 sys board.

Where would you mount an accelerometer to the smart effector?

Wiring is not the issue, it is the physical location.

When installing The Webserver to 3.2 I get this error -

RepRapFirmware for Duet 3 MB6HC version 3.2 running on Duet 3 MB6HC v0.6 or 1.0 (SBC mode)

How long does it take to update the firmware? Mine has been going on for 40 minutes

How long does it take to update to ver 3.2
mine is still updating after 30 minutes.
