      @dc42
      It is an unheated chamber, I estimate that the temperature does not go above 45-50°C.
      I'm having "tooMuchMovement" errors even with open ports, with very wide sensitivity parameter: (M591 D0 P3 C"121.io0.in" R10:190 L24.5 E10.0 S1).
      I also tried with another toolboard but it gives the same error.
      After the pause due to the error, if I exclude the sensor, the printing continues without problems, with good quality (no underextrusion).
      I will try to change the current nema 14 (LDO hi temperature) with another one, I will also try to see if mechanically the magnetic sensor is ok.
      If there are any other suggestions I'll be happy to try.

      @droftarts
      After many attempts and many tested CAN-FD cables, I was able to get the locked Toolboards working.
      It was definitely the faulty cable. it was cut off about halfway down the length and was making false contact.
      I managed to restore the two original 1LC cards and also a clone that I had purchased for testing.
      The quality of the cables is very important!

      Thanks, you can mark it as resolved.

      @Gianluca I have confirmed and fixed this issue in the source code. See https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/issues/903.

      If you wish, you may upgrade the tool board to the new firmware at https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/tjznycpk7bv7sj71p0ssl/h?rlkey=ac2zcmrirq51kvzrrtsrsfy6n&dl=0 (compatible with 3.5.0-rc.1) and then upgrade the bootloader.

      I believe and hope I have solved the problem.
      It was a set of factors that led to a progressive underextrusion caused by wrong parameters in the slicer.
      However, I put heatsinks on the MCU and Driver, with the addition of a 30x30mm fan.
      It was also crucial to have made the PEI surface rough, this allowed the material to stick perfectly to the surface and allow excellent prints.
      Now everything seems to work...
      You can mark it as solved, thanks.!

      @Phaedrux said in BABYSTEPPING NOT AVAILABLE DURING PRINTING:

      You can set your minimum value to a slightly negative number to give you some room to go lower.

      M208 Z-1 for instance.

      Yes thanks, that's exactly what I did.
      It works!

      @deckingman said in TOOL T0 IS NON ACTIVATED IN config.g:

      @gianluca I'm wondering if using M300 to play a 3 second beep just before the "T0" command in your config.g is having an effect? Try commenting that M300 out just to see. Or you could try putting a pause of (say) 4 seconds after the M300 and before the "T0" e.g. G4 S4.

      The M300 is not the problem, and 4 sec. delay did not solve the problem. I solved by update the firmware from 3.3 to 3.4 b7.
      The beta version worked better than a stable one

      Note, the solution for correct run of relay is:
      M950 F4 C"exp.heater7" Q500 (create a fan4)
      M4106 P4 S1 (to turn ON the fan or relay).
