@jay_s_uk Wa hoo. got it. Because I initially had the Y flag set at max, the configurator set the homing files to have +420 for Y when it should have been -420
Next item checked off the list.
Thanks.

@phaedrux friend, you just gave me exactly what I needed. It's the M558 command. I can totally sort it out from there.
Thanks.
Michael
@alankilian I got is all sorted. Thanks.
I'm really sorry, but I'm just trying to make sure I order all of the right stuff. I have a Duet 3 on order, and already have an RPi 4.
So which device do I get the touch screen display for, the Duet or RPi? Do I get the Duet 3 touch screen, or use the RPi 7" touch screen? (If you can use either, which is preferred?)
Also, it is my understanding that the Raspberry Pi gets powered via the ribbon cable to the Duet 3. Is this the case? I don't need a separate 3A 5V supply for the RPi?
Is there someplace I can get the ribbon cable, as I don't see it anyplace?
Thanks a bunch. (Building a HevORT)
Hi,
Since the update, I've lost a couple of things and also want to know if there are abilities to tweak.
I'm using a 10" display in portrait mode (as it fits the gap in my printer frame best)
The Send Code box and button do not appear
The menu makes you click it to individually drop down the submenu. It used to just be fully expanded it. Can I set it back that way?
On the earlier version, essentially the top of the dashboard would be displayed on the Console and Status pages. Is there a way to get that back?
Thanks
Michael

Hi,
I've got a HeVORT, with a 3 Z Axis. It's working fine. But due to the size and weight of the bed (440 x 440) MIC Al plate and 6mm glass, I slowed the z down some
When I run auto-level, it works fine, but drops the Z down 15mm then does the level touch (BLTouch).
Is there a way I can instead just have it drop 5mm instead of 15mm, just so it finishes quicker.

OK, it looks like a 693ZZ
Sorry for the bother.
Hi, I'm looking to add a roller switch to the sensor, and would like to put a similar bearing as the idler along with it.
The Idler bearing fits a 3mm screw, is 4mm tall and 8mm in diameter.
I don't know how to look this up.
Help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Michael
@nurgelrot Thanks. I I loaded that SCAD file from the other thread.
Hi,
I trying to design a bracket that will combine the Rolling Magnet Monitor with the filament out switch onto a bracket I have for my filament roll feeder.
I can find the step files, but want to know if anyone has and could share with me some actual CAD files of the little enclosure, so I could get the actual dimensions, rather than trying to figure everything out from the STEP file.
I would appreciate it tremendously, and would be happy to share my design when done.
Thanks.
Michael
@alankilian Thank you for this. It of course makes sense, just wanted to confirm.
Hi,
I've got a Rolling Magnet Filament Sensor, and am in the throes of designing a bracket, which will include the physical switch.
In looking at the documentation, I can see the switch mentioned, and it connection, but no mention if is is supposed to be Normally Open (closed when filament is present), or Normally Closed (open when filament is present). Or maybe it's programmable.
Could I please have some guidance here.
Thanks.
Michael
