@droftarts Hi,

I'm just an idiot. I didn't realize that while the printer is paused, I could manually extrude filament.

I thought since it was paused, I wouldn't have access to any of the normal controls.

I'm good for now. The pause and resume are working as I would like them to.

But I will still look into the Filament Error to see what it's capable of doing.

@guitartoys Thanks for posting. What Duet are you connecting it to? Can you take a picture of both ends of your cable in situ, and post it?

If the fan headers being used are the usual Fan0, Fan1, Fan2 etc you can bind multiple fans to the same tool definition.

@jay_s_uk Wa hoo. got it. Because I initially had the Y flag set at max, the configurator set the homing files to have +420 for Y when it should have been -420

Next item checked off the list.

Yes - no problem doing that.

When I got my first Duet 3 boards I set them on a piece of MDF so I could test them, step by step, and become familiar with how they worked.

It's fully configurable and is displayed in a browser on the Pi. It's what I use on my Pi 7" TFT and allows me to conveniently use the Pi for other things. To be sure the choice is somewhat a personal preference.
