RE: question about use M581
the emergency stop runs on M24 pause during printing.
; Input/Output
M581 E2 S1 T1 C1 ; Pause - trigger1.g
M581 E3 S1 T2 C0 ; extrude 100mm - trigger2.g
M581 E4 S1 T3 C0 ; retract 100mm- trigger3.g
M581 E5 S1 T4 C0 ; G32- trigger4.g; trigger1.g
M24
; trigger2.g
G1 E100 F300
; trigger3.g
G1 E-100 F300
; trigger4.g
G32so it is explained a bit more clearly what I was planning

question about use M581
I have a question if it is possible.
I came across a link on how to use M581.
am currently using a duet 2 with rrf2 with an emergency stop on trigger9.git is possible to add more buttons to trigger.g folders i read
but is it right what i think ?
exemple :
button 1 extrude 100mm = trigger1.g G1 E100 F300
button 2 retract 100mm = trigger2.g G1 E-100 F300
button 3 G32 = trigger3.g Bed.g
emergency stop = trigger4.g M24and what I read normal push buttons can be used,
pressing once is then going through trigger.g commandI hope it's easy to understand with google transstate

RE: twisted connection end switch
I indeed had the wrong value I had F120 and had to be F1200
thanks for the quick response now it works.
And I'm one step further on my way -
RE: twisted connection end switch
@phaedrux
i followed the steps,
but after sending G30 S-1 the nozzle digs into the bed and crooked the towers and effector .the result after the G30 S-1 =
G30 S-1
Stopped at height -2.346 mm
(it doesn't stop at bed height but goes deeper)it's even worse when I run a G29
I have added two movies of G30 S-1 command and G29this is the G30 S-1 https://youtu.be/QhDlxRcwmeY
and this the G29 https://youtu.be/mDf4vhKAQFY

RE: twisted connection end switch
I found the problem
I checked everything from cables to bearings/belts, but it turned out that the lm8uu bearings of the carriages became stiff at some point and replaced them (that's why it worked on the head gravity )
but unfortunately I have another problem.
if I want to set the trigger height, it is located in the minus under the bed.
performed a few times G92 Z0 that the is Z0 but after home too high nozzle picks up paper -1.50when I feed a G30 S-1 or G32 nozzle rams into bed
(G30 S-1 Stopped at height -2.786 mm)in which direction should I going to search?

RE: twisted connection end switch
@dc42
thanks for the responsei'm going to reconnect and double check all cables and start with a clean config tool.
there must be something wrong with my setup,
I'll let here know if I find out anything but unfortunately I can only work on it during the weekends due to lack of time -
RE: twisted connection end switch
after sending M564 H0 and jog the print head I get an error
-
RE: twisted connection end switch
@phaedrux
i'm still in the startup phase of the delta can still look messy the config filethese are the files you asked for
I can't figure out why it only goes home after the printer is upside down, tried with and without arms but remains the same only home z.
I have not progressed as home all and pid tuning hotend and bed
-
RE: twisted connection end switch
sorry for the later response but it works it finds the limit switches, but this works differently if rr2.xx led on is not trigger and led off is triggered
but i have another question now
or should i ask a new question on the frorum ?
when I do home all only the z axis goes after home (x/y axis is stationary belt rattles minimally)
when I turn the delta upside down it does go to home all with the arms and smart effector mounted.
I found out after everything connected and wanted to calibrate the smart effector it does not work as it should be .
was working upside down because everything is mounted under the printer . -
twisted connection end switch
I'm working on limit switches but working the other way around switch not triggerd is red light and switch triggerd is red led out
RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet version 3.1.1 running on Duet WiFi 1.02 or later
at version 2.0xx I could see machine properties the switch here at 3.1.1 not
; Endstops
M574 X2 S1 P"!xstop"
M574 Y2 S1 P"!stop"
M574 Z2 S1 P"!zstop"M119
Endstops - X: at max stop, Y: at max stop , Z: at max stop, Z probe: not stoppedi use the nc and c switch and gnd-xyz stop on duet its a delta printer

RE: info ir probe delta
there is no other option if ordering directly in the usa also find no other sellers.
and with 360 I lose even more height, already go lower in the z height with hotend setup and 288 rods
but thanks for thinking along
-
RE: info ir probe delta
@phaedrux
I am now indeed looking for the smart effector together with the Haydn Huntley's Magball delta arms 288mm,this turns out to be the best option (only tax and shipment is more expensive than the product itself :))

info ir probe delta
hello
i have a question I recently got a delta printer flsun qqs pro (first delta end a very bare board)
i want to change the board after a duet wifi, but am not sure which probe for z height inc. mesh bed
ir / bltouch / original click switch (which I do not own)
bltouch v3.1 I still have lying around from the previous project.
but no experience with bltouch.ir probe i have on a cartesian printer but cons axis tilt on the delta i read
who has tips or good advice
thanks kevin

RE: extra fan output
@diy-o-sphere
thanks for the explanation and the thinking I will continue to see how I am going to solve this -
RE: extra fan output
@DIY-O-Sphere
thanks for the responce,I do not have a duex 2/5 and I don't have the experience to work with mosfet or relais to get this working
I think I will make a consideration to work with a w1209 module set temp and the fan starts
-
RE: extra fan output
I should use pin 2- and pin 8+ for the fan 24v
I use M141 H2 for chamber heater value and M305 P2 for themistor
M307 H3 A-1 C-1 D-1; switch off heaters
M106 P2 S1 H2 T (temp); set fan 3 thermostatically with heater2 on (temp), if this is correct, then the fan starts to an adjusted value of chamber heater on themistor P2
-
extra fan output
hello
I am making an enclosure for my printer but I have the following.
I have printed a voron 2.4 air filter box but I have on my duet 2 (2.05.1) no more free pwm pins for the air filter box to be able to control.
currently M106 pwm hotend, part cooling, case fan.what can i do best use giopins with macros for extra fan, or work with a w1209 with a buck converter for switching air filter fan
thanks

RE: checksum foutregel 44/57
I've watched it for a few weeks and haven't had any more mistakes.
replaced the cables and laid them along a different route
-
RE: checksum foutregel 44/57
@phaedrux said in [checksum foutregel 44/57]
thanks for your comments i am going to order new cables.
I currently use stepper motor cable 0.33 mm² + -1.2 meter to board
