Again it's been operating forever just fine, well passed useful dates most likely, so the probability of the board finally giving out under such heavy use over the years is way more likely than the 2 wires breaking at the same time, or 2 separate crimps at the same time, etc.

They are wires in series internally, and by default, so all you need is z2. No za zb.

The first correction is always zero. "up" and "down" refer to the direction in which you need to move the bed by adjusting the screws. The figures given are the height errors, so -0.35mm is where the bed is compared to where it needs to be.

Mesh bed compensation compensates for sag in the gantry as well as a non-planar bed. If the bed is flat (and remains so when heated) and there is negligible sag, you can level the bed using levelling screws and not use compensation.

So I was unable to get it to come up again, I believe it was an instruction in my startup script for S3D. I issue a generic M109 Sxxx in the script to wait for the nozzle before a prime line, but it was early enough the 2nd extruder wasn't selected, so it was attempting it to the un-used 1st extruder? Specifying now 'T1' followed by the M109 next line.

Either way I also forgot I did indeed get the 300 celsius thermistor, that may have had something to do with the PWM adjustment to get rid of the warning. As soon as I changed the extruder max to 300 it went away. Same with the bed from 110 preset max to 120.

Everything is working great now though 🙂

it sounds to me that you are trying to use the auto leadscrew adjustment, but you haven't connected the two Z motors to different drivers. So it is giving you instructions for manual bed levelling instead. When it says "0.38 turn up", "up" refers to the bed. So it means you need to turn the screw to raise the bed or lower the gantry on that side. The figure "0.38" will only be accurate if in your M671 command you told it the lead of the leadscrew in the P parameter.

@dc42 I would enjoy that. Not a fan of nor hater of the bltouch, but it's what I setup first, so unless I have a big reason to change it out, it will stay. 🙂

@randyl00123 did you get the board from AliExpress? There is a fuse on the Duet to protect that circuitry from fires, it won't necessarily act fast enough to protect circuitry from over voltage.
