      @verminsup First, are you SURE those are BLDC motors?

      I see a ribbon cable coming out of the encoder, and a two-wire connector coming out of the back of the motor, so I think they are DC motors with an incremental encoder.

      Let's start there and see what you need for a motor-position controller after determining what kind of motor you have.

      If you can post:

      What Stratasys machine you are trying to convert Links to any documents for that printer Close-up photographs of the motor connections Names, numbers or other markings on the motors you are trying to control

      It would help a LOT.

      Thanks everyone for your input!
      I think I got it.
      I removed the Z-Probe pin, and it now works completely.

      I fixed the issue. I connected an thermistor and it worked completely fine. First I thought my CAN Connection didnt have enough bandtwith because everything else worked fine except the motor.

      The issue was that the 1XD Exp Board was running firmware 3.2 and the Mainboard was running firmware 3.3.

      hi @Kulitorum @too I have had a look at the gcode and config and done some calculations on max step rate. the values are quite reasonable so surprised you are seeing hiccups. It would be good to discuss in person further, I will email you tomorrow morning.

      In the mean time, at what point in the print are you seeing the weird outputs? Also do you see that with RRF 3.2?

      @signpostman

      I haven't read this entire thread so I don't know what you mean by "Is there any other way to connect my ClearPath Servos to the Duet 3 main board?"

      If you have specific questions, you should probably start a new thread with those questions and I'd be happy to help.
