So it didn’t work. Changed it to P3 and so get the same error. It comes up as soon as the tool changes. It still seems to think I have not selected any tools?
It doesn’t seem to be listening to the M208 code. It’s reversing the motor direction and thinks it’s at its minimum when against the U end stop which is correct, however it should correct to 0 with the G92 but it doesn’t seem to do anything?
What if I kept the ditto tool as only tool 2 and wrote a set of macros that make and reverse all the changes needed? Would that work?
If I get Symplify to select tool 2 (ditto) and then run the changes macro in its startup script and the reverse macro in its end script, would that work? Hmm…
