@jv the MB6XD specifications are at https://docs.duet3d.com/Duet3D_hardware/Duet_3_family/Duet_3_Mainboard_6XD_Hardware_Overview. It has three 5A heater outputs @ VIN voltage, six 2A outputs @ either VIN or 12V, and nine low voltage I/O ports. So similar to the MB6HC but without the bed heater output.

The tool boards or EXP3HC that you would need to drive your extruders also have I/O.

There is something wrong with your simplify3d configuration. There is only a single M106 command in your gcode file. So it's not your duet configuration that is the problem. S3D is simply not controlling the fan.

Yes and no. Yes, when everything is working correctly. No if there is a failure of the electronics or firmware or your configuration files and 100% PWM gets applied by mistake. So if 100% PWM would risk a fire or cause severe economic damage, then you shouldn't rely on restricting the PWM to limit the temperature rise unless you also use a thermal cutout.

What type of heater is it? If it's a DC heater, you could reduce the voltage to reduce the heater power. If it's an AC heater, you may be able to halve the power by connecting a diode in series with it.

Thanks Tony, i reduced the D parameter as David said from 9.8 to 9.4 and is working better, i'll try to reduce a little bitmore and to see what happen.
If it doesn't work i'll check the cooling fan.

      Hi David
Is an ethernet board, the WIZ NET W5500 microchip near to the ethernet connector is very HOT, thre main proessor is warm

The wiznet chip should not be hot. I suggest you contact your supplier for a possible warranty repair/replacement.

Hi Guys, i found the problem.

The Fotek SSR10DA-H relay works with a load in AC voltage and i was working with 24VDC voltage load and it doesn't has zero crossing.
I use the SSR88D-360 from ELCO company and it works very fine.
      Completely solved.
      Thank you so much

Yes of course it is. You can configure the temperatures for each extruder independently in S3D. No need to set temperatures in either the RRF tool change files or in S3D tool change scripts.

      Hi @edgars-batna

I disactivate the pressure advance because i had problems after i change the extruder.

this part is too big to do it twice๐Ÿ˜Œ

when i'll have the same problem with a little part, i will do the test.

      Thanks
