Okay, I saw the issue in another thread with the github bug while downloading firmware.. that was the issue for me, i clicked view raw and it downloaded the full file now i'l back in business!

I think I just found my answer,

If using JohnSL's trinket board: Connect its Vcc, Output and Ground pins to 3V3, STP and GND respectively on the E0 endstop connector, and select mode 4. Alternatively, connect them to 3.3V, IN and GND on the Z-probe connector and select mode 5.

It sounds to me that your Z probe trigger height is varying with XY position. See https://duet3d.com/wiki/Calibrating_a_delta_printer.

I'm sorry I haven't been able to respond earlier, but now I have some time again to investigate your problem.

Assuming you are using a Duet WiFi, can you confirm you are using my latest Duet WiFi Server version 1.03? There was an issue in prior versions that caused empty responses to be sent to the web interface and this issue looks exactly like it.

Although I doubt an older version will resolve this problem, you can actually get older versions from my GitHub repository by looking through the list of commits. I'll second what Tony suggests about trying OpenScad. I'm a 63 year old with no cad experience of any sort and have managed to get to grips with it. Apart from anything else, once you've mastered a few basics (and there are plenty of on line tutorials and help available), it opens up a whole new world of what you can do with your printer. The time taken to master it will be rewarded by time saved in the future trying to find designs that suits your particular requirements. And of course it's free.

Let me describe again what the goal to achieve is.

Access the Duet wifi (having a private IP address) via the public IP internet over a router.
Normaly this requires a port forwarding rule on the router, something like
forward (external IP port) (Duet wifi external) to (ip of Duet Wifi) port 80
e.g. take 2000 as external IP port and the duet wifi ip address as 192.160.0.100

This would allow you to access your Duet Wifi over the internet .
With the duet 0.8.5 this works perfectly, with the duet wifi the connection can not be established.

In case this is still a question, I can confirm this does work just like it does for my Duet 0.6. I finally got my new printer up and running today with duet wifi, I setup port forwarding as test and confirmed it could be accessed externally via public IP.

running 1.18beta firmware, 1.14a dwc and 1.03 wifi server.

PG35Ls do get very hot in my experience although I have not used the Ultibots ones. Adding a fan or a good heatsink is a really good idea especially as the gears were plastic on the ones I had.

Guys, tell me please. I have a similar problem, but it appeared just after I tried to change my ip to another. The question is whether the fault be a proxy server?

Interesting! I would be surprised if static electricity could be sufficient to blow the VSSA fuse because I wouldn't have thought there was enough energy in a static discharge. I will research the topic. It does seem very plausible to me that driving filament through a Bowden tube and then extruding it can build up static charge. Perhaps it would be a wise precaution to ground the hot end metalwork to prevent charge building up. To do this safely would require a separate ground wire to be run to the hot end from the ground side of the power supply output.
