You will need to power the relay board from +5V (or 12V, or whatever voltage it needs) and ground too. I presume that's what J5 is for, although the schematic for that part doesn't make sense.

As they are 0.9deg motors, 24V may not be enough to maintain torque at high speeds. See https://duet3d.com/wiki/Choosing_stepper_motors#How_to_work_out_the_power_supply_voltage_you_need.
