when i run g32 or g29 or like when iam runing my macro of g1 z10 and G30 s-1 20 times...

mmh really suspicious.. using duetwebcontrol 2 there was no leadscrew correction but with using the old one there is one.. mh so for me it works i think iam also doing a print and the first layer looks okay.

maybe its because of the fast raising i dont know 😄 with the precision piezo i never had something like that.. I saw all the time those Values

      good Morning,

I just checked it through again and do not get it to control the Fan0 alone. Fan1 and Fan0 are always controlled. I connected the two fans via a 4-wire PVC cable, can it hang together?

      does my config look good?

      here is a video:

      *Edit:
i changed to an other fan (other model) and now it works.. maybe its because those are the same fans?

      A Former User

if you can connect to http and get a 404 error you're missing Duet Web Control (DWC) files that should have been in the /www folder on your sd card.

But you can activate ftp and upload either the classic DWC or the 2.0 version to /www on your sd card.

This should give you a reference for what the SD card should have looked like: https://github.com/T3P3/Duet/tree/master/Duet2/SD Card Contents

If it is 3.3V-compatible and produces pulses as the filament passes through it, then it should work if you configure it as a "pulse generating sensor" using M591.

I suspect you are running old firmware. There used to be a minimum jerk rate of 60mm/min i.e. 1mm/sec.

As well as M84, M18 also turns the motors off. Whenever the motors are turned off, the firmware assumes that it no longer knows where the print head is. So check whether you have M18 or M84 in your GCode.

The other (less likely) possibility is that the firmware is resetting. To rule this out, run M122 and check the "Last reset" time and cause in the report.

In your M558 command you have F300 which is quite a slow probing speed. Is that value correct for the piezo?

      Your Z acceleration is 250 mm/sec^2 which is quite high for a Z axis with 1600 steps/mm. Try 50 or 100.

The way the blobs kind of alternate it seems like you might have some Z artifacts.

The 3 point leveling works very well, just gotta be precise in your leadscrew positions. I routinely get it down under 0.01mm across the bed.
