I might have tracked the issue down, asked a question with more information here. If my daemon.g was the culprit, sorry for the waste of time.

@Phaedrux this actually ended up fixing it. The error message went away once the tool definition was correct.

I was asking more for the visualization aspect with the DWC plugin, as opposed to using it for mesh leveling.

Ended up switching to a Duet 3 for more connections anyway, never figured this one out

@Tinchus if your motors are 2000ma you should be setting the driver currents to 1600ma with is 80% of the maximum. RRF uses peak for setting the driver current.
Don't worry about the 26ma stepping thing, RRF will sort that

@Bustable-0 on my delta, the rare layer shifts I get are caused by blobs forming on the print after a while, which the nozzle collides with. To counter this I've done a few things:

Use Z hop for travel moves (I use firmware retraction and include Z hop in the M207 settings) Reduce extrusion factor to 95% when printing with filaments that are more prone to cause blobbing Increase motor current Reduce speed when using these problem filaments

you can use M122 "DSF" to get some extra data
