I assume you are connected by USB and using a terminal software to send commands.

What terminal software are you using?

Can you send M122 and copy paste the results here?

@Sytek Edit - The Duet freezes without the thermal warnings and the stack underflow command. The commands I'm sending to the Duet from the PanelDue are just Move and M408: Report JSON. The config file was made quite along time ago and the firmware was recently updated.

This thread is very old and discusses very old firmware. I suggest you start a new thread with your issue. Are you running up to date firmware?
