I made another test at the same speed with a triple-layer perimeter circular pattern.
My setup is a Revo Six hot end with a Titan extruder driven by a slightly underpowered Nema motor than the one suggested by E3D for Titan.

The pulleys and belts are okay, and the hot end attachment seems rock solid. My concern lies with the mini V wheels or the wheel bearings, which could deteriorate over time. I am searching for a reliable European seller to buy good-quality V wheels.

This is the result of the print at 130 mm/s. During the print, I could hear a rhythmic noise pattern coming from the Y-axis. This is the reason I am considering a wheel problem.

@claustro I think the image of the calibration pattern is rotated 90°. Assuming that is correct then the Y calibration is the line on the left and the X calibration is the line on the bottom.

It looks like there is pretty much no resonant frequency in the range 0Hz to 90Hz for Y and the X resonant frequency is about 4/5 of the way along the line at just over 70Hz.

Important question: was input shaping disabled when you ran the test?

The benefit is that my config in the slicer is as agnostic as possible and I can switch the slicers far faster without syncing the "start g-codes" in the slicers.

Do you use retract ? Please posr the settings. Is it a direct drive or bowden?

@claustro Glad to hear of the progress. The mechanics around the MFM are indeed, well, ”delicate”.

Regarding the piece of PTFE tube below the sensor, I am having problems using this because it makes the filament load in the titan quite hard.

As you have a fixed distance between sensor and extruder anyway, there is no need to bridge it with a PTFE tube. To ensure better guidance of the filament through the MFM, however, collet and PTFT help a lot. With your arrangement, it will be sufficient to provide an extremely short piece of PTFE - just cut it directly at the neck of the collet on the MFM housing.

I hope this gives you enough headroom to fiddle the filament into the titan. I bear with you, as I have a titan as well. In my case, the MFM is attached to the titan's lever by a very short piece of PTFE, but free pending otherwise.

Thank you all for helping me.
I solved opening the case of the magnetic sensor and cleaning it. A lot of debris of plastic was around the ball bearings.
I made 2 hours of printing without issue.

Both are great firmware.

RRF3 also has the option for accelerometer and input shaping and is still under development.

RRF3 has an object model of the printer state that can be used with conditional gcode commands to create powerful customizable solutions. I don't think klipper has that yet.

Depending on your slicer you may increase infill overlap for the holes in the top layer, and tune Z seam settings for the gap at the seam.

I made a pid tuning at 190 degree instead of 240.
changhed the m305 as suggested.

Definitely seems like a cabling issue. jumps and dips like that in the graph could be noise, so try to keep the thermistor cable separated from other noisy cables like heaters, fans, steppers and see if it improves the graph. The thermistor sensor itself could also be faulty.

Glad you figured it out. That could have been very hard to catch for a long time.

It's a good example of going over all the basics to double check.
