(I was driving my new NEMA23 way too fast according to the reprap firmware EMF calculator), I backed off the maximum speed and my problem seems to have resolved itself.

Thank you for keeping up with this problem.

It will surely help someone else in the future.

Congratulations on getting your system tuned and running well.

      A Former User?

I had a spate of even brand new cards failing in a very very short time down, I posted about this here before and some recommendations pointed me in the direction of scandisk industrial cards, which seem to be holding up very well so far

How exactly do I get the printer to recognize that prints need to start at Z maximum not Z=0?

You've got that backwards. Prints start at 0 and increase in size from there. In the case of the corexy where the bed moves down, z0 is when the nozzle touches the bed and increasing means the bed moves down.

I mentioned that your M208 Z minima and maxima are reversed. You need to correct that first and then verify that +z moves the bed down, if it doesn't, change the motor direction.

As big a pain as this is... if you have an unknown temp sensor, I would suggest checking it in 0C (ice slurry) and 100C (full rolling boil) water.

The green flashing LED on the ethernet port is normal.
Have you tried to connect to it using USB?

what kind of belt and pulley are you using?

did you run auto calibration to get the correct values for M665 and M666?

there should be no difference in movement between the towers.
if there is then you should address the mechanical issue first.
