Please post the actual output from running M906, M913 and M122.

If your board is still under warranty then I suggest you ask for it to be repaired or replaced. The soldering on pin 119 of the MCU should be checked and the Y motor driver probably replaced.

What type of machine? What type of Z probe? Have you set the trigger height of your Z probe correctly in the G31 command? If you send the head to Z=0, does that put the nozzle just touching the bed?

The hole Github system is too strange for me.
Different websites for stable version releases, beta versions, DWC and firmware. Also downloads and release notes are separated.
And there isn't an info (in DWC) if there is an update available. If you aren't very forum active, you will never know if there are newer versions.

Purging can be done a number of ways. I use 3 different techniques with my Diamond mixing hot end depending on the model I'm printing. If the colour change occurs on layer change, then you can often get away with no purge simply but printing inner perimeters before outer ones. If it's a small model or the colour change happens within the same layer, then it is necessary to extrude some filament. Most systems print a sacrificial tower of some sort but this is often wasteful as the tower has to be printer on every layer change, even if there is no colour change. The final approach I use is to advance the tool change point with the gcode file so effectively the filament is changed before it is needed. M80 activates the PS_ON output from the Duet, and M81 de-activates it. This signal can be used to control a PSU with a remote on/off input (such as an ATX PSU), or a solid state or mechanical relay that controls the AC input to the PSU.

It works like you suggested. Perhaps the gauge is measuring out less than .1mm when leveling as I am leveling to where I feel slight friction on the gauge. So it's really at .08 or .09. i'm going to try a larger gauge and see if that corrects things. Thanks.

That should be OK if they are small fans drawing 500mA or less each.

So now that you have set the trigger height, you should be able to run auto calibration, which will establish the true homed height and the other delta printer parameters.

If you are certain that the ground connection between the two is good then I think there is a possibility that your DueX5 has an intermittent fault, and you should ask your supplier to replace it under warranty. https://www.duet3d.com/warranty

For RRF I would recommend using firmware retracts+hop anyway.

I do that from day one. I wouldn't want any other way. It is quite often that I change z-hop mid print. I love the live-configurability of RRF. 👍
