Can you send M122 and copy and paste the results here?

There should be some extra checks in 3.4.4 to prompt before a 0kb file is saved.

What do you have in homeall? It could be resetting your Z position.

@TimV-0 is it a 5" integrated PanelDue, or a non-integrated one? If it is non-integrated, what PCB version is it?

If it's an integrated one then you can check whether the backlight inverter is working by measuring the voltage across the capacitor labelled C3 near the top right hand corner (looking at the back) of the PCB. It should be about 17V. Note, it can be difficult to get a good connection to SMD components when using a multimeter, because of oxidation on the surface of the lead-free solder.

@dc42 Apologies for the late reply, I found that the firmware I loaded onto the panel due was not the correct one, upon erasing the panel due and loading the correct version of the firmware, the SD card is now displaying the contents. Therefore my issue has been resolved, thank you.

@dc42 perfect thanks. Duet has been really impressive with the functionality so far it seems well polished.

@dc42 Agree and in any sequence it should work like that, but in case a single G30 command is entered in console I think it's better if the probe type is reverted to P9 (basically this is the only reason I made it in a way that it defaults back to original behavior).

@westech Did you see my first post? You can fix your problem easily without changing slicer.

Yes incorrectly wired endstops could cause the board to reset.

Your config looks ok to start the wifi module on startup.

Send M587 by itself in the console to see what wifi SSIDs are currently saved. Ideally there should be only 1.

The printheads boards weren't updated to 3.4.3 but the main board was.

Ah I see. Well some PWM fans don't seem to allow for a true off.

Can you test it as a simple two wire connection and use the Duet PWM and see if it will turn off completely? You lose the tachometer read out though.

@breed what we have developed is a print farm solution for Duets running in SBC mode. If there is just one Duet it can run on the same SBC that the Duet is attached to. If there are multiple Duets then a separate SBC may be needed to act as the controller.

the math they use calculates the leg(s) length first and then replace that by the required servo angle and even the microseconds for PWM duty cycle.
That's the point where it gets specific and needs new formulas. Either for industrial servos or for Deltastyle tower arrangement with steppers.

Beside that difference it's quite the same: both systems have a fixed base/frame and a moving platform connected by six rods.

i have this electronics setup on my printer (not a voron unfortunately) and i absolutely love the Duet system. I have the Duet 3 Mini 5+, toolboard 1LC, PanelDue screen, magnetic filament sensor. i want to keep expanding.

With havijng the bed.g now focusing on the leadscrew positions, is this now automatically adjusting the leadscrew /motors to level the bed across the 2 points?
