@cedricundert Please share the output of M122 as well. If the RasPi isn't always available via ping, I'd tend to say there is a problem with your router or PC. I am not aware of any network problems with version 3.5.1.

@droftarts It's done I bought RJ11 connectors and they send RJ9 connectors, we change the connector and now is working properly.

That surprises me, too! But thanks, I’m glad you found a solution to resolve it. I’ll try and remember this if it is reported again. I suspect that a cached file was corrupted, or not updated with a newer version.

I actually had to do this the other day too, but for a different website that wasn’t behaving correctly. Deleting ‘downloaded content’ (or something like that) was enough to restore functionality, rather than deleting cookies, which has the annoying habit of logging you out of websites.

Every few days I have to kill the web control page and reload when the web page gets too laggy. It starts out fine, then gradually gets more and more laggy. This is with Web contro/Firmware 3.51.

My machine with web control 3.2.1 and firmware 3.1.1 does not do this.

What slicer are you using? Have you set it to RepRap gcode flavour?

@chrishamm Yes, as I said in previous post, the current 64bit OS was dog slow on this old pi, so reinstalled an older 32bit version and all works as it does on windows.

So it is what I expected. A costly learning experience, but now I know to be extra careful with the connections. I will still be able to use it in standalone mode on another project, I just need to learn now how to set everything up without SBC.

@tomasf It sounds like the web interface keeps losing the connection and attempts to create new sessions too frequently. Can you please do the following:

Try to connect using the IP address (get it via M552) Open the browser dev tools via F12 and check if there are HTTP 503 responses

Do you have a PanelDue as well?

@Camaro1 Have you recently tried to update the firmware on the Duet board? Your firmware shows quite an old version, 2.05.1. It's possible that you have overwritten the web interface files on the SD card with a newer, incompatible version.

To fix this, download the 'DuetWebControl-SD-2.0.7.zip' from https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/2.05.1
Unzip this, which should give you a folder called 'DuetWebControl-SD-2.0.7' with the following files in it:

css (folder)
favicon.ico.gz
fonts (folder)
index.html.gz
js (folder)

Rename the 'DuetWebControl-SD-2.0.7' folder to 'www'.
Remove the SD card from the Duet and plug it into your PC.
There should be a folder called 'www' on it. Delete this, and replace it with the 'www' folder you downloaded.
Replace the SD card back in the Duet, and see if you can connect to it.

When copying M122 output from YAT, please change the line break settings, so we can see the whole output. See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/How_to_guides/Getting_connected/Getting_connected_to_your_Duet#yat-settings

@chrishamm Changing AJAX to 5 seems to have worked.

Outside of making a custom version of DWC to remove controls that you do not want accessible you could look into some third-party browser extensions that allows you to hide controls would be useful.
