@Aurimas does the tool also have 4 temperature sensors? What commands in config.g are you using to configure it?

@Aurimas the intention (and the actual behaviour AFAIK) is that the speed factor (M220):

is applied to the F parameter in G0/1/2/3 moves does not affect anything else is not applied to commands in system macro files (homing files, pause/resume files, start.g, stop.g etc.) does not override or change the M203 machine limits (i.e. the speeds of moves will still be limited by the M203 parameters).

@Aurimas That's pretty ingenious.
Though personally I wouldn't care about anyone's patent, so long as I'm not selling the equipment, or building and providing that equipment to potential customers of the patent.

Maybe I'm in the wrong with my thoughts, but to me most of this is a hobby and not stealing their profits.

filament counter is counting correctly anyway.

@dc42 just yesterday I had that issue, changed the Z minimum to allow negative value and it was printing since.
although it would be difficult to test your suggestion since the error didn't happen 100% of the time or in the same spot.
so my theory would be that if there is some inconsistency in the measurements at different spots of the bed it wants to compensate below minim and that is when it has fits.
It is always in the random spots on the bed (mostly well within limits) and not always - only sometimes.

@Aurimas no. You need that file on the SD card and the only way to get it there is to pull the SD card and do it manually

The cutter is independent - on the extruder in this case similar to Bambu/Voron setups.
Also have designed actuator activated cutter that can sit just above the extruder 🙂

@Aurimas Yours was the only BLtouch related posting I saw on RC3 . Mine seems to probe OK, I tried it twice and a G32 just in case and they work fine. . Had that error at first and went looking to see if something changed in the config.

I am also having a similar issue. I am on 3.5.0 b4. Uploading files is hit or miss. DWC will disconnect and refresh. If I keep retrying it will eventually work. The larger the file, the more I need to retry. It was fine when I was on 3.4.5. I upgraded firmware to address other issues.

Running 3.5.0 rc2 causes layer shifts when using input shaping so upgrading is not an option
