@Kanyo it's been a long while, however the new K parameter in the M950 command used to create a fan will solve this.

The Teknic NEMA 34 brake appears to require 0.41 amps so fan2 might be usable.

Removed the M106 code and changed the Q value to 3000.
Using the macros with M42 CODE now and increased the S parameter value to 255.

The issue persists.

@lazy_mosquito I've corrected my earlier post. I said "Don't use OUT0 because it doesn't have a protection diode" and while that would be correct for the 6HC, it isn't correct for the 6XD. All OUT ports on the 6XD have protection diodes.

It's mechanical. Disassemble and reassemble with a builders square.

To rule out an issue with your router configuration and test the Duet wifi module directly, can you try running it in access point mode where the Duet creates it's own SSID that you connect to directly.

@Triet the CONN_LCD headers are being repurposed to provide additional driver outputs, for when a Duet 2 and Duex5 type setup is not enough. There are no drivers that plug directly into them, but any driver that accepts step/direction/enable should work, however many will require the signals from the duet to be level shifted to an appropriate level.

As you are not using a Duex5 i recommend you use one of those if the motors you have already work with the Duet 2 drivers (i.e. running at less than 2.4A)

@WillGIam the issue is its difficult to diagnose remotely if the driver not fitted does not have a short or other issue, and if the MOSFETs are actually faulty or not.

Which may allow you to do some comparative probing to see whats going on. The output diodes and mosfets are in pretty small packages so not necessarily easy to remove using hot air, but possible.

@Luke-sLaboratory fans and heaters have 5V buffer ICs before the FETs which may well have been fried as well.

You can test by turning on a fan an probing the input and output pins on the buffer. You may see the state switch on the input and not the output.

Not really. The valves have Digital NPN signal output (black wire ) so i don't need analog output in this case. i only need 6 outlets that can provide 24V on same 6XD board. Would this work ok by looking at the device datasheet that they sent me that is linked below and above ?
