I'm mostly using the tacho output as a method of error checking and its going to be the start of a process of per print documentation for part validation. It is quite nice to see the tacho output in the DWC and great at determining overall airflow from its output, but, its not actually that important for end customers to see, other than it looking quite cool.

The main reason for the 4 wire 12032 fans is actually for the quality of the fans outshines that of the standard 2 wire fans. The ones I have on hand even have stall detection and speed/load control which are noticeably quieter and start up smother with less of an amperage spike from a partially stalled stator when the initial power up cycle begins.

Thanks for the update of V_IN to PWM-GND.

The fans are not too large, only 1 oversized 6015 always on fan which is being used as a heatsink fan and the extra size allows for bypass air to be used to cool the TB and extruder motor.
And 1 4020 fan as a part cooling fan, as the 5V 4020's are frankly terrible

Currently its not a big issue as we are using ethernet hardline, The Wi-fi will be used later as we will be taking the machine for demos where a Wi-Fi connection would probably be the easiest to set up.

@dc42 : Heater fault in my case was due to some interference from BLtouch wire., not due to RRF 3.5.1.. There was a change in wiring in addition to RR3.5.1 upgrade, but when I debugged further, the root cause was as stated.

@dc42 @Notepad Setting the CORS site parameter on the Duet web server has no effect for other domains, only for those that want to access web resources from the Duet itself. You probably need to turn off CORS (CORB) on the IP webcam if it supports that. The other solution may be to disable CORS altogether in your browser, but I wouldn't recommend that as it can be a security risk.

@notepad i believe that if it doesn't need a password, just put something in for the password and it should be ignored.

Turns out the copy instruction is native to windows and not the program itself. The documentation doesn't make it very clear that this instruction line shouldn't be prepend with 'bmp2c.exe'. Or it could just be me a bit slow on the uptake.

Yes I have seen that once before when updating myself. I'm not exactly sure what the conditions are to trigger it, but as you found putting the file it thinks is missing in the right place seems to get it going again.
