@TRATOON For smooth motion on the X and Y with our ExoSlide Ender 5 Plus kits (or any other setup) the goal is low friction on the slides, and decent belt tension. The ExoSlide carriages should all slide smoothly on the extrusions with the belts removed. The bearing treads should also all contact the extrusions (to prevent wobble), but not be overly preloaded as that increases friction. We have a guide install video on our website under Guides > ExoSlide Adjustment.

Are you using a metal or printed mount for the Hemera? If using the metal mount, ensure the washers under the M3 bolt heads are used. It should be snugly mounted to the carriage face.

Regarding the Z, the Ender 5 Plus can be over constrained at the ends of the travel where the Z rods don't flex. If you removed the Z lead screws, can the bed travel smoothly up and down by hand (especially near the top)?

Regarding belts, as mentioned above, the XY belts should be tight but not crazy tight that brackets are bending. On the X, I tension the X idler bracket with one hand and secure the bolts with the other. On the Y, I use a small screwdriver or allen key to pry the front idler brackets forward and tighten the bolts with the other hand. One last note on the Y belts, ensure they are not twisted when then return in the extrusion.

If all those steps check out, one troubleshooting step I would take is to reduce variables in the system, and temporarily install the factory hotend/bowen/extruder on to see if that cures it.

This is exactly what happens when I slice for Marlin instead of RepRap in CURA.

Make sure your slicer is set to RepRap and it should automatically fix the issues as explained by everyone above.

Then yes, you need to switch the - wire to the pin labeled "out1" on the wiring diagram, which is the pwm capable pin.

Attaching the negative wire to ground will just be always on.

@elmoret One has a defective driver. I will look more into if it is improper soldering or bent pins on the other one. I would l like to return the one with driver issues while receiving replacement instead of sending both boards at the same time so that way I minimize downtime of my printer. It is 2 toolboards, you listed 3

The most common action is to set (in config.g) the physical boundaries of the printer and then the software will stop it from going out of bounds when it's running GCode. It's not quite as robust as a second endstop but in practice it works well.

My CNC has these settings->

@tratoon assuming you have the latest board then yes, but @Rushmere3D is correct take a look at the link the only 6HC board you can do that on is the 1.01a board the others you simply need to set the jumpers and I would use an external PSU and not run off the mainboard.

In my DuetLapse/duet3/192-168-1-217 I have 2 folders: 603 & 1639 Both with JPEGS that give errors when I try opening something about it starts with some character. I also have a bunch of logs in there.

Also - if you are having problems, its best to run the program from the command line and include -verbose. That way you will get a log file and be able to see if there are issues being reported on the console.

When you view http://192.168.1.217:8090/stream from a browser, does it display ok?

I cannot do much to help you without seeing the logfile (using -verbose). My guess is that there is an issue with ffmpeg.

What output do you get from running:

ffmpeg --version

@tratoon the wires are thin so you can crimp two of them into one pin.

If you have a Fritz Box router, the automatic switch-off in standby mode of the printer also works with a Fritz socket (for example: AVM FRITZ! DECT 200), where you can set the voltage and the time.
For example, if there is 20 watts in the socket for 10 minutes, it switches itself off.

Cura does not have this. I know some people hacked it in using some usually unused machine properties, but I can't find the refer nice right now.
