I am sorry, I figured it out today. My lead screws were way out of adjustment and binding the build plate.
All stepper motors work good. Now on to getting the end switches working lol.

Alright, figured out the problem was eyesight.
I had put the order of wires on one motor incorrectly, then when I wired up the second test motor I wired in the wrong order again.

Comparing the motor connector to the one that worked showed I had swapped the red and green wires.

Cut, crimped and now in the correct order it is working!

That’s where the cluster size makes a big difference though presumably you don’t have enough spare RAM to hold even one 64k cluster let alone the 2 or 3 you’d need to cache the cluster table for an 8Gb drive.

Working with tablets and desktops I’ve been spoiled and almost forgotten the joys of trying to cram an operating system and application into what is basically a glorified oven timer.

I'm thinking of putting my Y-Splitter upstream of a remote direct drive extruder mounted on my effector (I have a delta) then using secondary extruders to handle the changes and let the RDD to do the precision printing work.

This would allow the long retractions needed for a splitter without the downsides of a Bowden arrangement.

The other thing I'm considering is the prime cup up high, maybe with a wiper on the edge - with a delta, Z is just another direction and Z moves are as quick and accurate as X and Y ones. No need to waste material building layers of a tower with no changes.

Has anybody had any success with either of these ideas?

I mean from g-code files. When we run(print) it, g-code can work block by block like a CNC machines controller. In this mode, panel due should have cycle-start button, every press will run only one line(block) g-code.

Okay, I tested this again with the S3D startup scripts no longer having the z movement preamble, after adjusting the config.g to reflect the probe height.

It is still showing 0.1mm/0.3mm layer height, and I noticed that this current print completed on layer 43 of 75.

"Layer: 43 of 75, Filament Usage: 5094.1mm of 5094.1mm (0.0mm remaining)"

If you mean you want to home the X and Y axes using stall detection, you should still use G1 S1 commands. It is in the M574 command that you use S3 to select stall detection endstops.

If i try S1 instead it dosen't detect a collision anymore.
With S3 it does.

I tested you're 3. Point and it moves like it should in the right Direction.

I'm glad you solved it. The bed thermistor connection is close to the bed heater MOSFET, so the connection will have been heating up with the MOSFET.

Check the gcode file if it contains 'M117' commands like 'M117 Printing… tw@L 120'. If it does you should check your slicer settings (layer change script for example) if there is something that will make the slicer add these.

So you can set a static ip. That's useful thanks.

Seems I accidently uploaded the json instead of the zip when modified the delta radius.

The configurator.reprapfirmware.org site states under general -> delta -> delta radius (tooltip) that "Radius between the centre of the bed and the midpoint of the towers" which is false. Since i'm a noob here and I do not know, is it You who I should tell, or should I write someone a mail, or file a report?

BTW, this board and sw is something completely different.

You may have downloaded the DuetWiFiServer.bin file incorrectly. How big is the file you downloaded? It should be about 290kb.

How are you driving the servo amplifier from the Duet: are you using the external stepper driver breakout board?
