@punktphil looks like that's being introduced in 3.5. You'll find that as features get added to the firmware (at pre beta and beta stages), they'll get documented as it's easier to create the docs when you add features rather than remember to go back and do it.
So for the time being, you can't use K

@alijambo73 M666 is currently only for endstop adjustment on delta machines, though it has been added to the firmware wishlist, I think. Marlin firmware, and maybe others, allows endstop adjustment with M666 on other kinematics.

The work around is to either have an adjustable endstop on one of your Y motors (or both), or to split the Y axis motors into two separate axes, home them at the same time, apply a correcting move to one axis, then set a new axis position. Finally, recombine the axes into one Y axis. Your Y is defined as using drivers 1 and 3, and you have already defined one of them as U (though you don't specify M92, M566, M203 or M201 values for U or V, which you should), so your Y homing would look something like:

BUT look at the RepRapFirmware 2.x instructions, which split the axis as above. Also note that G1 S1/S2 commands from that guide should be G1 H1/H2 in RepRapFirmware 3.

I'm not sure if following my setup would help, but here goes...

My CNC machine uses the MB6HC control board, and is located in my garden shed. I use an old Microsoft Surface Pro tablet with their keyboard (you can pick these or similar Windows machines up from CEX or similar secondhand retailers) connected to the control board using ethernet cables and powerline adapters. The adapter has three outlets, so I effectively use the adapter as a hub.

I have my main computer (an iMac) in the house, which has a hardwired network, and I connect the Surface Pro and the Duet to that network using the powerline adapter. I also have the facility to turn on/off my CNC machine using a WiFi-controlled power plug.

With this setup, I can use the 27" screen of my iMac to run the design software (Cut2D, at the moment) and access the control board's configuration files using Microsoft Remote Desktop.

Note, I do not run my machine remotely!

There’s a decent free evaluation period. If you are only doing small jobs (<1000 lines of gcode) I believe you can continue to use it for free. If you find it suits your needs then it’s not too expensive (£93 one off charge).

@tyrod I just found “Feature request-workpiece angle compensation CNC” by jay_s_uk and in it he wrote a script to do exactly what I wanted. I just searched for g68 and it’s on the second search page. I haven’t the time right now to try it. Thank you jay_s_uk! (And everyone else)!😀

Yes. You need to define which pin you want to use using M950 first.

@oliof thank you for the links, it's interesting. It is Java based code, it is easy to understand. The approach is to find the verticals of the surface and calculate the 5 axis orientation.

I've found some scientific articles to calculate bezier/bspline for the surface and calculate hotend/drill movement. This will be the solution I'll try, by calculation of the surface of stl objects and calculating the necessary movements.

I have not seen any issue with a printer (and ASFAIK it utilizes g2/3 at some points)
but as you can see from the pictures with CNC it looks different

It may be still post processor issue, but g2/g3 code looks ok-ish

DuetWebControl also includes an object model plugin (at least newer versions do). Run that and you should be able to access the position for each axis and reference it using variations of @TQKez-0's example.

M30 typically ends a cnc program but RRF uses the command to erase a file from the SD card. The program can just end as above. You can add additional commands to turn off spindle or disable motors if you want.
If I recall RRF can also use R instead of I,J,K which I assume you mean as "flavor". Most CNC controls need % as first and last character. RRF does not.
I think you can roll any begining or end "required" code in to a macro or copy and paste then just use Fusion or whatever for movement commands only. If you want to use cutter comp or offsets add as needed. Most modern PP use "cancel" commands and set WCS at the beginning and end but it can be greatly simplified like above and the machine will work fine. Its only as complicated as you make it
