I had this problem once, and it turned out the microsd card was not properly seated in it's slot. Just removing it and reinserting it making sure the retaining mechanism engaged fixed it for me.

You should still try to improve the wifi coverage as suggested. My printer currently resides at the edge of the covered wifi area, and it surely leads to performance issues (even with the Duet Web Control) when additional blocking factors (like people moving around or the printer frame being between the laptop and the access point).

The octoprint user access control model seems to work well.

It's the 2.02a zip tbat contains the new version of DuetWiFiServer.

I was running my machine on the prior and it is currently running the later. No observable changes in behavior.

I ran and had been running test prints prior, and have made more prints after. No issues.

Maybe add a warning message to the "!" in the top left corner?

Chrishamm is the expert on this, but he's not around at present. Have you tried both settings of "Do not append extra HTTP qualifier" and "Embed webcam stream" ?

I actually liked the layer change message. It was done with a Simplify3d post processing replace command. Unfortunately, their syntax is pretty limited so there's no way I can see to do it with M291 because of the double-quote characters on the P argument.

Unfortunately the wyze cam does not allow a static IP. I was looking at some third party firmware for the wyze cam but no luck.

I will look into the Yawcam software.

I wasn't able to reproduce your issue, however I don't have exactly the same setup. But I did find a possible timing issue in DuetWebControl that may explain your issue. Please download upload file dwc.js.gz from https://www.dropbox.com/s/qlk90c2pa9z5sch/dwc.js.gz?dl=0 and upload it through the Settings/General page of Duet Web Control.

[Note to self and chrishamm: the change is in line 1411 of jwc.js. Was:

Changed to:

Not yet, although if you enable logging then the start and end of all prints is logged to the log file on the SD card.
