So what you're calling the tool fan is actually the hotend heatsink fan?

As I said, DWC has a "Tool Fan" slicer already, and you've also created a fan called "tool fan", however, the one you've created is thermostatic, so it won't show up as a slider controlled fan.

In the snip of code I quoted above you should change the name to "heatsink", but tool fan has a very specific meaning already.

Does that clear up the confusion?

What @oliof is talking about would put on/off buttons on the macros list on the right side of your photo and remove the LEDs listing from the fan control entirely.

No, doesn't matter and in fact, it's best to take that out.
This is because that value allows the firmware to adjust the power based on the input voltage.
As your bed is powered by another source, that voltage doesn't actually factor.
So just set it to 0

In that case, should be okay to run it off a fan header, if you need the heater for something else.

You can use the +ve fan pin for 24V, as it's always on (the heater are switched on the -ve/GND pin and is MOSFET controlled), and with a 7.5A fuse on the supply for heaters and motors. 7.5A at 24V is 180 watts, but you'll need to calculate how much of that you have spare after other hot end heaters and motors.

Depending on the buck converter you're using for the LED lights, it may accept a PWM input (like an SSR), so could be powered directly from 24V, and use heater output (or fan output, as current draw would be low) to control it.

But if you are on version 3 of the firmware and config.g try adding the !^ which is pull up and invert .

The warning doesn't say the heater is too powerful but that it is overpowered.

you have to save it manually in the config.g as it is written in the guide (as you have not enabled the M500 command for you config)

Well you're missing the step where you manually touch the nozzle to the bed and set Z0, without that you're not accurately measuring the probe z offset.

You should also add a M561 command at the start to disable any active bed compensation.
