No, because 1 or possibly 2 calibration cycles removes the imprecision.

Some days that's the most I can hope for.

Please try again with that disabled. What was the symptom you were trying to resolve with non-linear extrusion?

From your image of the ridge it looks like the ridge is starting to get less near the top, where I presume the PA value is the highest. Try values from 0.35 to 0.7.

Assuming your bed heater isn't drawing excessive power and that you measured power supply voltage right at the power supply and not somewhere down the wire, you have a supply that is about to give out or a clone supply. Note that you can not tell a real MeanWell power supply from a clone unless you know what you are looking for or open it up. May I suggest you plan for a new power supply in the near future? You might see a 0.1 or maybe even 0.2V drop but most certainly not a 1.0 volt drop.
I do not believe that adjusting the output voltage will make any difference if your voltage swings all over the place.
This may not be the only issue but is certainly an issue in itself.

You have set Fan 0 and Fan 1 up as thermostatically controlled fan for Heater 1 and heater 2 (so far so good). This means they will cool those extruder heatsinks from 75C and higher in your config.

You have then setup tool 0 and tool 1 to use fan 0 and fan 1 as the part cooling fans, really they should (presumably) both use fan 2?

Can i change the high/low state of the Ps_ON Pin for M80 and M81?
So M80 still turns on the bed, but the Pin is disabled?

As @carlosspr says. For stall detection to work, the feed rate in your G1 S1 commands must be at least (60 * m915-h-value / full-steps-per-mm) . If your printer has 80 steps/mm @ x16 microstepping, that's 5 full steps/mm. You are using H200 in M915, so the minimum G1 S1 feed rate would be (200 * 60)/5 = 2400.

The first is not mine but i didn't find the original source. Apart from the fact that there is a post in the airway of the fan and the duct around the nozzle is pretty thin, its more thought out than the 2nd

The 2nd is mine, has more space for the air to go through. Ignore the yellow hotend cooling duct, an 30x30 fan will still fit. It attaches to the lower part of the mag ball screws but there is not space left for a nut, so i use rubber band to string it around the corners of the effector. That has actually proven to be a good quick release mechanism for when you want to change nozzle

Duet WiFi rev 1.02 and later can use just the ribbon cable to connect PanelDue. Earlier versions need the 4-core cable. The order of the pins on the 4-core cable is exactly reversed from one end to the other.

This will be possible when conditional GCode is supported by RRF.

It's a firmware feature. The aim is to reduce nozzle pressure before the end of an extrusion move to reduce blobs and over extrusion.

Try running M122 during a print, and look for the "Bed compensation in use:" line.

Looks like you've updated from old firmware but you haven't deleted the deploy.g and retract.g files.
