It's now a moot point. The replacement fuse didn't resolve. The heater is dead in the water. I am not sure I want to put any more money into my printer.

cool, so duet has nothing to do with that design it's just a type of LCD .. clear

(I'm rather inexperienced with all the cpld/fpga stuff .. I learned it and do use them in my projects from time to time but even after years I'd not call myself even a junior in that field due to really low number of projects I used them in ... so wherever I see interesting application of them I try to get as much data as I can so I learn / gain some new ideas)

@phaedrux Okay, I got things straightened out.

That loud tone was coming from my APC battery backup. The printer is now plugged into a surge protector. Bed Heater is now connected to OUT 0. Confirmed bed heater calibration still works.

@Phaedrux I tried it one more time and it works, sort of. Using a z offset of -1.70 it stops quite a ways from the head. I will have to re-calibrate.

Problem solved. The whole issue was in the location of the end stops. It is now working. Thanks everyone!

@Danal The code did the trick. Homing Z works like a breeze. Thanks.

@dc42 Sending T on the console returned an error that no tool is selected. On the Duet Web Control I clicked on "Tool 0" and made it active. Now it works on both the PanelDue and the Web Control. Interesting Thanks for the assist.

@dc42 I went ahead and wiped the SD card clean. I reloaded the files and now those errors are gone. I'm pretty sure it was something I did wrong. Thanks for the help.
