I have replied to your other thread. Let's maybe keep it there where more of the relevant info is contained.

For the record the board appears to be genuine and I have no doubt that if it came from Oozenest it is genuine. It's hard to tell from the photos what exactly is going on, but we'll get the board back and see for ourselves.

@niocio01 Thanks that is exactly what i was looking for.

@RockB you could connect the 0-10V output to a potential divider to scale it back to 0-3.3V, feed it into an analog input on the Duet, and then configure a Linear Analog Sensor in RRF to take the measurement.

@dc42 Thanks for the reply. So I will put it directly to the power supply with an 3A inline fuse.

Just wanted to mentin after I got a replacements for the heater core it prints as expected again. Now I measure within 5C at 100C.

When I went to connect the 4-wire cable I had to first disconnect the flat cable so I could turn the printer on it's back to access the Mini-5.

I removed the flat cable from the Mini-5 and took at look at the connector. All seemed good so I reconnected it.

I realized after looking at the Mini-5 I didn't have the right 4-wire cable.

So I put the printer back on it's feet, reconnected the PanelDue and powered the printer up.

The PanelDue connected without issue - something to do with disconnecting/reconnecting the flat cable perhaps.

@Zseven if you use Duet with SBC mode you can use the ExecOnMCode plugin to run arbitrary commands in on the pi which should allow you to enable/disable gpio pins https://plugins.duet3d.com/plugins/DSF_ExecOnMcode_Plugin.html

I thought the same thing at the beginning but I have tried different jerk values (from 0 to 300mm/s) with different accelerations and although it improves the movements with high jerks, it still stutters a little bit.
Is there any way to avoid deceleration at certain angles?
Our printer has a size of 3.5m for the Y axis and 2.5m for the X axis. In case this information is useful.

Can you also try disconnecting the Duex? Do you also get the same errors? Can you send the output of M122? With and without the Duex?

@R006 Send M122 and post response to see what the WiFi is doing.

At this point if you press erase and reset it should complete the update.

Otherwise your problem sounds almost like an intermittent wiring connection, or failing component.

When you have it connected by USB, have you followed the steps to erase the firmware so that it will show up as a device to flash?

If you still can't see the PanelDue in the device manager can you try this software which should show any and all connected USB devices?

@itayguy The LED on the optical endstop is entirely controlled by the endstop itself, I would have thought, and is on when the endstop is triggered, and off when it isn't. No Duet will control the LED on the endstop itself. Why would it?
