The file always shows up before and after power cycle on the panel due but sometimes it will loose the info for the file...

Firmware 2.01 should be able to access the second SD card. To access it you need to mount it, either explicitly by sending M21 P1 or implicitly by changing to the second SD card in the DWC or PanelDue file list page.

Bad colours on a 7 inch non-integrated PanelDue usually mean that the firmware for a 5" screen or an integrated 7 inch screen has been installed. Recent versions of PanelDue firmware have red, green and blue colour gradients on the Setup page, to help you check that the colours are correct.

I think the best course of action is to have RRF only output one message, and subsequent identical messages are suppressed.

This should be a rule of thumb for any system that can possibly generate messages from a function that have automatic retries.

(And as already written somewhere for DWC, here for the PanelDue, for Z, could the up&down arrows be changed to "|> -z <| "(bring together) and "|< +z >|"(spread apart) because in my setup with a "ultimaker-style-gantry" the "up-arrow" equals to "plate-down" and vice versa and that is risky to one day sooner or later doing it wrong...)

On a related note, the other problem I have seen is the backlight inverter failing on the 7" panel (non-integrated version). A few months ago I managed to track down the part number of that chip, and I added it to the Spare Parts page of the wiki.

The method I mentioned above of putting the Duet SD card into the PC and adding the macro for the network doesn't require the PanelDue keyboard at all, the macro would show up on the PanelDue macro menu.

I looked briefly at your code. It seems to address the case of no space on the screen with the (MaxAxis < 5) condition, so should help vast majority of users and will not affect the rest.

Three things:

Use the tip of your fingernail, not the pad of your finger, as @mrehorstdmd suggested.

Make sure that the enclosure isn't pressing against the edges of the front of the touch screen.

If it's inaccurate at the edges, run the "Touch the spot" calibration form the Setup menu again.

OK It boots up via USB so I can assume no damage to it, just the Maestro

Micro switches are normally adequate for homing X and Y. A good Z probe can be used not only for homing Z, but also for bed probing (to check whether the bed is flat and level, and if necessary correct for errors), and to help you adjust the levelling screws.

The picture looks OK to me. If you go to the Setup page you will find red, green and blue colour gradients, which you can check.
